Sometimes the difference between “preventable” and “unpreventable” comes down to conditions drivers can barely see coming.

Protein has been a hot topic when it comes to nutrition, but are you eating enough fiber, too? Not enough fiber in a high protein diet puts strain on your digestive system. Getting the right amount of fiber also lowers your risk of both diverticulosis and colon cancer, the latter of which is on the rise! We talk about healthy eating on the road in episodes 128, 90 and 13 of our podcast. While you listen to them, keep in mind this list of high fiber foods and think about how you can incorporate them into your daily diet. It's always a good time to take charge of your health!
