It's Men's Health Month - and if you're in the cab for a living, this one's for you.
Long hours, irregular sleep, fast food by default, and a job that doesn't exactly come with a gym membership. The trucking lifestyle is hard on the body, and most drivers already know that.
This month, we're asking our drivers to pick one thing. Just one.
Walk the lot before you climb back in. Drink water instead of the third energy drink. Call the doctor you've been putting off for two years.
