🍀 What does a typical driver work week look like for our Class A CDL Drivers? 🍀
A typical work week for a driver would begin at 7am for a driver, they would dapart with a designated load on a Monday and would return to the warehouse by Thursday in time for their mandatory driver trainings on Friday.
🍀 What is Mandatory Driver Training? 🍀
On Friday's, drivers will spend their day on Mandatory Driver Trainings for a period of about 2 to 4 hours in a Mandatory Driver Training.
These situations may include
[🍀] Winter Driving
[🍀] Interstate & Highway Driving
[🍀] Rush Hour Traffic Driving
[🍀] Vehicle Maintenance Training
[🍀] DOT Compliance Training
These Mandatory Driver Training sessions are in place to ensure that our drivers are not only self sufficient while being outside of our hub states but these training sessions also help make sure that our drivers are 100% coherent with surrounding traffic, surrounding road environments and conditions as well as to ensure our drivers maintain their driving skills, safety skills and to ensure they are able to safely operate our vehicles as well as lawfully and professionally handle and situation that they may encounter on the road our at one of our hub locations.
