🚛 DTS is proud to help keep Montana roads safe!

We were incredibly honored to host the American Trucking Associations’ "Share the Road" program right here in Billings! This fantastic initiative pairs elite professional truck drivers with local teens enrolled in driver education to teach them how to safely navigate the roads alongside big trucks.

A massive thank you to ATA Road Team Captains Ina Daily and Rhonda Hartman for sharing their expertise. With millions of accident-free miles combined, these incredible ladies showed the next generation of drivers firsthand how to avoid blind spots, respect stopping distances, and prevent dangerous collisions.

Next week is the DOT's Inspection week, with blitz days May 13th - 15th. This is a good time to make sure everything on your rig is in good order, make sure you perform your DVIRs and that you are in compliance with "Hours of Service" regulations. Load Securement is going to be a special focus point this year, so make sure your load bars and load straps are in place, and your log book, and permit books are all in order.
