Beef Cuts
The company offers a wide range of retail beef cuts suitable for all occasions. These are processed and packaged according to customer specifications. Beef cuts are obtained from international recognised cattle breeds that are grazed on free range and finished on grain making the beef nutritious, tasty, tender and healthy.

Offal
CSC offal are an economic source of nutrition.the offal is processed under the most strongest hygienic conditions to ensure that the products are of high quality. These include:

Toungue

These are separated into two types namely rough and clean offal.

By Products
The Cold Storage Company's motto in the By Products department is "Nothing Is Wasted". Many by products of the animal are processed into useful products for the downstream industries. the by products production process is designed to unsure consistency in product quality to meet customer specifications. The by products are sold locally or exported. These are:

Hides
Tallow
Meat and Bone meal
Blood Meal

Hides
these are graded, washed, fleshed, trimmed, salted and after draining water divided into weight categories. These could either be delivered to a tanner wet or cured for future sale

Tallow
Fat obtained during meat processing refined into tallow. User for making soap.

Meat and Bone meal
Condemned carcasses are cooked in melters. Fat removed, the remaining meal milled, screen and packaged as meat or bone meal.

Blood meal
Blood obtained from slaughter and meat processing is congulated, dried
