Roma Storage Solution (RSS) is a well designed storage facility that provides long or short term secure self-storage catering for a wide range of applications such as, Excess trade inventory; Household goods; Documents; Tools and Equipment; Building material; Non-perishable products; and General warehousing. Our units are constructed from solid block work, steel roofing, inc

luding 25mm of wool-fibre insulation in addition to one layer of heat insulation. This provides excellent humidity and temperature control within the unit. The roller-shutter doors provide for two security locks. The driveways are concrete and able to withstand heavy truck movement, on a well drained and clean surface. We are located in the secure MFEZ Roma Park Commercial Development region along Zambezi rd (4km from the Katima Mulilo junction, near Miracle Life church) in the heart of Lusaka, 8km from the Arcades Shopping Center. MFEZ Roma Park Development is a highly secure mixed-use zone with perimeter fencing, access control and 24 hours security. It is within this region that RSS is enclosed with its own electrified perimeter fence, a 24 hour armed security response service, CCTV and infra red motion sensors. The following units are available for use at a renewable monthly license fee:
• Extra-large 86cu meters
• Large 66cu meters
• Medium-large 47cu meters
• Medium-small 36cu meters
• Small 16cu meters
