Macroworld Services Limited (MWS) is looking for a sharp, energetic, organized, and customer-focused Yango Call Center, Training & Support Officer to support driver onboarding, driver training, call handling, driver activation, and daily support for the company’s Yango operations.
The ideal candidate must be confident on the phone, organized with records, able to train drivers clearly, and capable of helping drivers resolve operational, platform, and performance-related issues.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Yango Call Center, Training & Support Officer will be responsible for assisting new and existing Yango drivers through onboarding, training, daily support, follow-ups, activation, and issue resolution. The role is important in helping the company grow driver numbers, improve driver activity, reduce driver inactivity, and maintain professional driver support standards.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle incoming and outgoing driver support calls professionally and efficiently.
2. Assist new drivers with onboarding, registration support, document follow-up, app guidance, and activation.
3. Train new and existing drivers on Yango operations, app usage, customer service, driver conduct, trip handling, and company expectations.
4. Follow up inactive drivers and assist in improving driver activity.
5. Support driver recruitment, activation, and retention efforts.
6. Record driver calls, complaints, issues, resolutions, follow-ups, and progress updates.
7. Assist drivers with basic platform-related questions, operational issues, and support queries.
8. Escalate serious issues to management where necessary.
9. Maintain accurate driver records using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or other company systems.
10. Communicate with drivers through calls, WhatsApp Business, SMS, and other approved communication channels.
11. Help monitor driver progress after onboarding and training.
12. Assist with driver communication campaigns, reminders, updates, and performance follow-ups.
13. Support the company’s goal of increasing active drivers and improving driver service quality.
14. Provide regular reports on calls made, drivers trained, drivers activated, inactive drivers followed up, and unresolved issues.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Previous experience in call center work, customer service, driver support, ride-hailing operations, training, or transport operations will be an added advantage.
2. Must have strong communication skills.
3. Must be confident speaking to drivers on the phone and in person.
4. Must be computer literate.
5. Must be able to use Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM or record-keeping systems.
6. Must be able to speak English and local languages.
7. Grade 12 Certificate with 5 Credits including English. A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Transport & Logistics, Customer Service, ICT, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Macroworld Services Limited (MWS) is looking to hire two professional Bus Driver Shift Workers to support staff shuttle operations. We are looking for disciplined, sober, punctual, safety-conscious, and experienced drivers who can operate under a strict reporting and accountability system.
The successful candidates will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, maintaining professional conduct, carrying out daily vehicle checks, submitting trip reports, and ensuring that the assigned staff shuttle bus is operated responsibly at all times.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Bus Driver Shift Worker will be responsible for driving staff shuttle buses safely, professionally, and on time, while ensuring passenger safety, vehicle cleanliness, basic daily checks, proper reporting, and full compliance with company procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Safely drive assigned staff shuttle buses according to company instructions and approved routes.
2. Transport passengers professionally, punctually, and safely.
3. Conduct daily vehicle checks before and after trips, including oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights, fuel, mileage, cleanliness, and general vehicle condition.
4. Complete and submit daily trip sheets, route reports, mileage records, and incident reports.
5. Immediately report accidents, breakdowns, delays, route issues, mechanical faults, passenger incidents, or safety concerns.
6. Maintain the assigned bus in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
7. Follow company rules on fuel usage, route discipline, vehicle handling, passenger conduct, and reporting.
8. Ensure that passengers are treated respectfully and that the company’s image is protected at all times.
9. Comply with all road traffic laws, PSV requirements, safety rules, and company operating procedures.
10. Work according to shifts and schedules to be determined upon hiring.
11. Support operations within Lusaka and, when required, accept assignments outside town.
12. Avoid reckless driving, unauthorized trips, fuel abuse, vehicle misuse, alcohol use, and any conduct that may endanger passengers or company property.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience driving buses, staff shuttles, or passenger service vehicles.
2. Must have a grade 12 certificate and a valid Class C or higher driver’s license.
3. Must have a valid PSV license.
4. Must have experience driving passenger-carrying vehicles.
5. Defensive driving, PSV experience, or corporate shuttle experience will be an added advantage.
6. Must be based in Lusaka and available for assignments outside town when required.
7. Must be able to complete daily vehicle checklists, trip sheets, and basic reports.
8. Must have traceable references from previous employers.

Macroworld Services Limited (MWS) is looking for a disciplined, proactive, and well-organized Fleet Maintenance & Accident Officer to support the company’s vehicle operations, accident handling, maintenance coordination, and fleet reliability.
The ideal candidate must be able to work both in the office and in the field, follow up matters aggressively, communicate professionally with drivers, workshops, insurers, and internal teams, and ensure that vehicles are returned to operation as quickly and efficiently as possible.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Fleet Maintenance & Accident Officer will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, accident response, repairs, insurance documentation, workshop follow-ups, breakdown reporting, vehicle inspections, and fleet condition tracking. The role requires a person who is highly organized, practical, firm with drivers, and able to manage multiple vehicle-related issues at the same time.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate accident response processes, including receiving accident reports, collecting supporting documents, following up police reports, and ensuring timely internal reporting.
2. Liaise with insurers, assessors, garages, workshops, drivers, and management on accident-related matters.
3. Track all accident cases from initial report up to repair completion, insurance decision, excess payment, vehicle release, and redeployment.
4. Coordinate vehicle repairs, breakdown response, routine servicing, inspections, and maintenance follow-ups.
5. Maintain accurate records of vehicle faults, repairs, service history, accident cases, quotations, invoices, garage updates, and job cards.
6. Follow up workshops and mechanics to ensure repairs are completed within agreed timelines.
7. Assist in monitoring vehicle condition, cleanliness, roadworthiness, mileage, tyres, brakes, lights, oil, water, and general mechanical condition.
8. Report recurring mechanical problems, driver negligence, poor vehicle handling, or maintenance abuse.
9. Assist with spare parts sourcing, quotation follow-up, and documentation where required.
10. Support the Fleet Manager in ensuring high vehicle uptime, reduced downtime, proper documentation, and disciplined fleet control.
11. Conduct field visits where required to inspect vehicles, follow up workshops, attend breakdowns, or assist with accident documentation.
12. Prepare regular maintenance, accident, repair, and vehicle status reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance coordination, accident handling, insurance claims, garage/workshop follow-up, or a related field.
2. Diploma or Degree in Transport & Logistics, Insurance, Automotive Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration Or related field.
3. Valid driver’s license is required.
4. Must have practical understanding of vehicle maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, and inspection processes.
5. Experience dealing with insurance claims, police reports, garages, workshops, vehicle inspections, and spare parts follow-ups will be an added advantage.
6. Vehicle maintenance knowledge or certification will be an added advantage.
7. Must be able to work both in the office and in the field.
8. Must have good communication, reporting, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
9. Must be computer literate and able to prepare reports using basic office tools.
