Well we have moved on to The Palms in Sunwhich Port to see our special friends. Unfortunately due to circumstances they were not here anymore. We received a call on the 27th April to hear Dave was not well and admitted into hospital, it is with great sadness that Dave passed away yesterday condolences to Sharon Cottrill and family. The Palms 🌴 will not be the same without you both.
We will be here till 20th July
Not sure where next.
Next thing sitting having tea and scones at Mac Nichols
We chat to another couple which we have spoken to the whole time we have been there. The lady ( Tami Backhouse)asks me how Robert and I met. I explained in Vaal Reefs. She says really she is from Stilfontein. Anyhow chat chat and schooling comes up. Only to find out we where in the same school same class. When we mentioned names we knew each other straight away, then the reminiscing began. What a small world.

Good morning all we arrived at Mc Nicols yesterday. It looks lovely so far. We have a bit of a view. Nice site and as we where busy setting up we gad some visitors. Had a lovely shower last night, very nice ablutions with loads of hot water. Now off to do some washing have a good day.

Okay so our month at Rocky Bay has come to an end Tomorrow morning we leave for Mc Nicols. We are really looking forward to it have heard loads of good reports. Rocky Bay has been very nuce beautiful beach ⛱️lovely people it is just a pity the South Coast has gone down. We had some power outages, all Eskom and cables stolen again Eskom sub station. We had water all the time and no problem with sewage as the park has their own sewage works. Good bye till next time.

What a lovely surprise my son in law Errol came to visit yesterday with a lot of avos from their garden and then today was rusks baking day. Absolutely wonderful to be able to bake with a sea view.
