Frieda Olivia was born and raised in Indonesia and currently living in Cape Town.
She has been introducing vibrant taste of Indonesia through the Bali Food Truck since 2016 and started her tempeh venture through TempehSA during the first lockdown in 2020. Her dream is to provide everyone with access to a healthy and balanced lifestyle by offering them a wholesome alternative to meat or the opportunity to diversify their current plant-based diet with the incredible health benefits and delightful taste of Tempeh.
