just an update on the vehicle emission carbon tax. as i was at the tax office, they could not give me some light on the carrbon tax as such. It was suppose to come in working during jan 2017, but no green light has been given to contineu. But as the mines has got a nother view of the emissions. The diesel engine vehicles the emissions has been tested, on the opacity of the exhaust smoke, and the messuarement is to been given in a (K)value %. now the mines require for the mesure ments in (ppm) part per milion or particuler matter which break the emissions futher down and the conscern about it , is which paticular element course of are cancerene , but there are a few other problems in the diesel section and no answers has been found for that. The Nox becomes very high during the combustion peoces, the reason for that are the folowing. The two main components of diesel are kerosene and diesel itself, but the carocene is the course of the high NOX. The main reason for that is the blending of diesel and kerosene , diesel does not have the same properties as what the kerosene has got. Its all about the causing pitting on the diesel enjectors due to the amount of the water content in the diesel.
