Corporate Shuttle and Fresh Trails are seeking a motivated, organised and dependable Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to support our growing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, communication, coordination and working in a dynamic environment involving transport services and event management.
Main duties:
Office administration and filing
Managing enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp
Assisting with quotations, invoices and bookings
Diary and schedule coordination
Event-related admin and support
General PA assistance
Marketing and social media admin support where needed
Minimum requirements:
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication ability
Computer literacy
Attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and work independently
Previous relevant experience will be beneficial
