Once a booming area, home to 60,000 immigrants and merchants, it is now barren land. The apartheid law forcibly removed and relocated families to the Cape Flats. It was made a white-only sector, and later all the buildings and properties were destroyed.

You’ll be made to sit at the back of the Land Rover and driven to the beautiful safari. Make sure to take your binoculars and cameras with you. Sunset safaris are lovely, so make sure to stay overnight and take advantage of the sunrise too. You can get a look at the lions and other predators active in the early hours.
