Many travelers arrive a few days before their scheduled safari begins or extend their stay after the tour ends. Those extra days are the perfect opportunity to discover the rich history, culture, museums, townships, architecture, and hidden gems of Johannesburg City.

As a passionate photographer, our Brazilian guest wanted to experience the city's historical landmarks, museums, scenic viewpoints, and the vibrant streets of Soweto through his camera lens.

A beautiful day out with a family from Netherlands.

The Lesedi Cultural Village was the first stop. Giving our visitors a detailed experience of what life was like for five (5) of the South African Tribes before the colonial era through Songs & Dance at the Boma Theatre & a tour through the recreated villages.

The African Boma Buffet lunch is always a special occasion to look forward to as the offerings are very unique with fried Crocodile tail, Kudu Stew, Ostrich stew as some of the rare game meat.

We headed off to the Sterkfontein Caves just 25 minutes west of the cultural village. A world heritage site where fossils were discovered & the findings well documented for all to learn through the underground cave tour.

Our final stop was at the Rosebank Craft Market were 100s of stores with different hand made artifacts are available for all to gift shop for loved ones.
