The Imperial Lane One Connected Network is built to make travel easier across Zimbabwe and into South Africa.

It brings together our routes, booking channels, offices, ticket desks, payment options, and customer support into one growing travel system.

This means you can start from a connected city or town, move into a larger route, and continue towards your destination with Imperial Lane. For example, a traveller from Kwekwe can connect through the Bulawayo to Harare route, then choose to continue to Johannesburg through either the Bulawayo to Johannesburg route or the Harare to Johannesburg route.

With the One Connected Network, you can take advantage of:

1) Connected routes across Zimbabwe and South Africa
2) Offices and ticket desks in key locations

INTRODUCING THE IMPERIAL LANE ONE CONNECTED NETWORK

Over the past year, we’ve heard your requests from cities, towns, and communities across Zimbabwe asking Imperial Lane to come closer, connect more places, and make travel easier between routes.

Today, we are proud to answer that call.

By 1 July 2026, Imperial Lane will officially launch the One Connected Network across Zimbabwe and into South Africa, allowing travellers to move across multiple routes using one growing Imperial Lane system.

That means a traveller from Kadoma can now connect into Bulawayo or Harare and continue all the way to Johannesburg with Imperial Lane. On One network, One journey and One connected experience.

1) ROUTE 1: BULAWAYO → JOHANNESBURG
Bulawayo → Gwanda → Beitbridge → Pretoria → Midrand → Johannesburg

2) ROUTE 2: HARARE → JOHANNESBURG
Harare → Chivhu → Mvuma → Masvingo → Beitbridge → Pretoria → Midrand → Johannesburg

3) ROUTE 3: BULAWAYO → HARARE
Bulawayo → Gweru → Kwekwe → Kadoma → Chegutu → Harare

4) ROUTE 4: HARARE → MUTARE
