Ek Sê Tours

Ek Sê Tours The official page of Ek Sê Tours. Lesika started Ek Sê Tours in order to tell these stories.

Ek Sê Tours is a tour operator which offers visitors to Gauteng a unique experience of the diverse cultures and rich history of the province. Ek Se Tours provides the following services:

- Soweto Tour
- Amazing Race Soweto
- African Culinary Tour
- Shuttle/Transport Services

Ek Sê Tours was started by Awethu Project co-founder and Ek Se Tours founder and CEO, Lesika Matlou, in 2011. He real

ized that while many people were willing to tell stories about Johannesburg's high crime rate, corruption and traffic congestion, too few were willing to tell the story of Johannesburg as a vibrant, culturally diverse and inspirational African city. Our Soweto Tour will take you on a cultural, educational and historical journey through South Africa's biggest and most popular township and includes a trip to Vilakazi Street, the only street in the world to house two Nobel Peace Prize Laureates, Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu. Our Amazing Race Soweto is an actioned-packed, adrenalin-filled race where teams race each other through parts of Soweto in a race to the finish. Teams must complete a series of challenges while simultaneously getting the opportunity to learn and experience life in Soweto. Our Amazing Race Soweto is a perfect team building exercise for corporates and a great outing for friends and family. Our African Culinary Tour takes you on a culinary journey of Nigerian, Ghanaian, Cameroonian and Ethiopian cuisine. The tour also includes a brief walking tour of the colourful and vibrant suburb of Yeoville. Gauteng always has a list of events on offer, from concerts to sports matches, festivals and functions, there is almost always an event on the go. We provide safe and reliable transport to & from these events. We also provide airport transfers to and from any airport in Gauteng. Anything up to 30 passengers, we can can cater for all your transportation needs.

Dear friends We as the student Assistance foundation are currently in desperate need of donations be it laptops, data or anything that would make application process easier. With the lack of computers or internet access a lot of youngsters in Rural communities find it impossible to apply for University or for bursaries, So we as a foundation assist with all of that for rural areas throughout South Africa. Dear Friends

I hope with all that has been happening throughout the world due to Covid 19, you are keeping well and safe.
We as Africa have been finding ourselves backlogged in terms of providing citizens with a vaccine, thus affecting a lot of industries thought out the continent and the world. One such industry has been the Tourism industry which has been at a standstill througout the pandemic. Not only has this affected businesses and ourselves as individuals but has hit hard on people who depend so much on us being around and providing Tours in Townships.

We are currently running a winter uniform, school shoes and sanitary towel drive to provide to Youth Centres through out townships who have been dependent on Tourism for so long.

Your help with this would be highly appreciated. A donation from as little as $30 would make sure a child gets a new pair of school shoes to beat the winter blues.

Donations can be done via Paypal through myself Nontuthuzelo Ntikinca or You can send through an email and We can directly send you the company banking details.
Your help would be highly appreciated.

Hey guys,

This is just a reminder about the series of collectible figurines by Zapiro that we're distributing and selling.

The figurines stand 18 centimetres tall and are made of a dense polyresin - a sturdy stone-base material, that can be intricately moulded allowing a great level of detail, and have a similar appearance to porcelain and pottery.

The collectibles included in the series are Madiba, Julius Malema, Jacob Zuma and Desmond Tutu.

To order your Zapiro collectible figurines send a message to our inbox or send an email to [email protected].

The Elephant Sanctuary offers visitors the incredible opportunity to walk hand-in-trunk with the elephants. Enter the world of the Elephant with Elephant Back Riding.

Bare-back Elephant Back Riding enables us as humans to feel the power and bulk of an elephant in contrast with the quietness, delicateness and grace of these mammoth creatures' movement as they walk/glide across the ground.
