Some guy bought a new fridge for his house.
To get rid of his old fridge, he put it in his front yard and hung a
Sign on it saying: 'Free to good home. You want it, you take it. '
For three days the fridge sat there without anyone looking twice.
He eventually decided that people were too mistrustful of this deal.
So he changed the sign to read: 'Fridge for sale $50. '

The next day someone stole it!

It has been an excellent experience with Master movers from the beginning till the end.
Every staff member we interacted has conducted very professionally and were very helpful - Gino, Joanne (yourself), Gift and Natalie are few to name who have gone the extra mile to make our move a pleasant one.

The quick response, regular follow, commitment to the promise and absolute care in handling our furniture are a few I would like to mention.

My friend had used a bigger company'S service to move but he was very disappointed with their service who also broke some of his furniture and gave poor service.

Master Movers gave me a lot better service at half the price and I will certainly recommend you to my friends.

This taken into consideration, I suppose you can be considered quite substantial in size, employee figures, operations, etc.

I don't have work for you, but I do have a compliment.

So far everybody I dealt with is so effective and know exactly what to do when, and not once has anybody been rude of even implicated that too much is expected. For such a big company, in my opinion, small company values go far. ( that the customer does count, and is not just a small fish in a big sea filled with other fish to feed from, if so to speak.)

All of you must be doing something right, many can learn from you.

To operate and maintain and keep such a big "machine oiled" takes everybody's best efforts, from top to bottom job rating.

Good luck for the future, may you go from strength to strength.

Dear Carla

This is just a short note to thank you, Sam and the team for the planning, executing and completing our move.

Others may be “amazing”, you however were SUPERFANTASTIC!

Seriously, it was a delight working with you personally, as the level of professionalism, competence and courteousness were “out the top drawer”.

When we had our “debrief” on the move yesterday, each one of my co-directors could not have been more complimentary about Master Movers.

Hi Annie

I thought I would drop you an e-mail to provide you with feed back from our move on Friday.

I found your gentlemen who were doing the moving to be polite, friendly and very professional. The clearly work together often as a team as they could immediately see what needed to be done, and they got doing. Sadly I did not get their names but their team leader is Gift.

When we arrived at our new home the weather was everything you do not want when you are moving house. It was freezing cold and bucketing down. The guys were really speedy between the truck and made sure that all our precious possessions were not exposed to the elements. All this done with no moaning or complaining or any of the negative expressions I would have expected from people who had to be out working in those conditions.

Sadly the truck had leaked during the journey but it was pointed out to us as soon as it was noticed so any wet boxes could be immediately opened and because of that nothing was damaged.

All in all it was a really fantastic experience, and your guys are unbelievable. They made the move much easier than I hade expected, and were so pleasant and professional in the face of such adverse conditions. Gift and his team really saved the day.

I am more than happy to recommend your company to other, especially if the other teams are of the same caliber as Gift’s.
