The final push is on at the Rubio Monocoat Makers Build-off! 💪🪵

With the frames built, drawer boxes assembled, hinges and drawer runners attached, the guys are now hard at work sanding their furniture pieces to perfection with the sanders from and using the sanding disks. Every detail counts as they prepare for the final finishing stage.

The pressure is on, but Brandon, Greg and Warren are giving it everything they've got. Soon the Rubio Monocoat oil will go on, bringing these incredible creations to life.

Welcome to the final day of the Rubio Monocoat Makers Build-Off at WoodEX for Africa!! 🔥

The pressure is on as the guys have been hard at work since early this morning, pushing to get their furniture pieces completed and oiled today.

With the frames all built and the drawer boxes currently being assembled, the finish line is in sight. Final sanding and finishing are all that stand between our makers and the judging panel.

Day 1 of the Rubio Monocoat Makers Build-off wrapped up in the best way possible – with a great evening out at ! 🥩🍻

Steaks, beers all round, and plenty of camaraderie made for the perfect end to an exciting first day. It was a chance for our makers, sponsors, and the Rubio Monocoat team to relax, share stories, and enjoy some well-earned downtime before getting back to the action.
