Anchors Caravan park is an intimate, quiet park with only 26 stands offering high standards – situated in the 24 hour secure Anchors Aweigh – . Hibberdene is considered the gateway to the Hibiscus Coast of Kwazulu Natal. It is a seaside town situated 97 km south of Durban, halfway between Scottburgh and Port Shepstone. et, soccer, and volley ball games and the children can explore the resort in total safety. Boats can be launched from Anchors Aweigh on the river bordering the property. The swimming beach is a safe short walk through the resort, crossing the bridge over the river and under the road onto the sands of this international blue flag beach, protected by shark nets. The main beach has relaxing grass areas with shaded picnic spots, putt-putt, super-tube and a beach pub/restaurant. Anchors Aweigh is a short walking distance from all shops – Spar, Wimpy, KFC, Fifi’s fish, etc. The South Coast has some of the finest golf courses, 2 crocodile farms, Oribi Gorge with its famous high swing, abseiling , scuba diving, casino, and a host of other activities and restaurants.

Gou bacon oopsies gemaak vir vanaand om te braai.
Bacon en cherries op stokkie gesit, met marinade van sweet chilli sous, woestersous, bietjie heuning en tamatiesous.

Lewer 24 happies
375g (1 pak) plaasworsies
250g (1 pak) streepspek
45ml (3 eetl) blatjang
Tandestokkies

Sous
60ml (4 eetl) heuning
15ml (1 eetl) blatjang
2.5ml (halwe teel) droë mosterd
15ml (1 eetl) olie
5 ml (1 teel) wit asyn

Kook worsies in bietjie water tot net gaar. Laat afkoel.
Sny worsies in 3cm stukkies.

Plaas spekrepies langs mekaar. Smeer liggies met blatjang.
Rol stukkie spek om elke worsie en steek met n stokkie vas.
Plaas in oondbak. Bedek met foelie en bak vir 15 minute.

Sous
Meng bestanddele vir sous. Skep bo oor worsies. Moenie weer foelie bedek nie.

Plaas terug in oond vir 10 minute. (Redelik naby aan oond se element).
Sit louwarm voor.

500 gr Nieuwoudtville Slaghuis Maalvleis,
1 groot gebraaide ui OF 1 rou gerasperde ui
2 snye geweekte brood in melk (uitgedruk) of 2 aartappels grof gerasper
‘n Groot handvol Oats
1 Eier
2 eetl Gekapte pietersielie
1 fyngekapte Knoffelhuisie – of 1/2 tl knoffelvlokkies (opsioneel)
1 t fyn koljander – ek gebruik 1 tl kerrie ipv koljander
1 Eetl asyn
1 t sout
1/2 tl bakpoeier

Meng al die bestanddele saam en rol klein balletjies.
Draai spek om die balletjies en ryg op sosatiestokkies.

Bak in die oond, en smeer nou en dan Jimmy's Sauces op vir bief-geur.

Hierdie happies kan selfs op die kole gebraai word.

Rol deeg effe uit. Sny 24 ewe blokkies en draai worsies toe.
Sny kepies in deeg. Smeer met geklitste eier.

Bak @ 200 vir 30min op onderste rakkie
Lekker net so of kleiner gesny vir peuselhappies
