We are looking for a well-spoken Telesales Consultant to be responsible for soliciting outbound sales over the telephone.
Telesales Consultant Responsibilities:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
• Engage customers and keep the conversation going
• Keeping up to date on all company products and informing customers of new products
Telesales Consultant Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Salary: R4000.00 - R5000.00 +comm.
