To meet the client's request, we replaced the ceilings and light fixtures. This involved removing the old ceilings and fittings, replacing damaged beams, and installing PVC ceilings and polystyrene cornices, followed by rewiring for the new light fixtures. The outcome was another happy client🤠👌

Maintenance and construction work recently done includes addressing water damage caused by the neighbor's drainage pipe. The stone slab covering the pipe was removed, water was pumped from the tanks, and damaged plaster was scraped off to allow the wall to dry. The wall was then replastered, painted, and waterproofed with bitumen paint, and the drainage pipe extended. The stone slab was rebuilt, water tanks reinstalled, and the pump reconnected and refilled.
