As a result of the significant growth of our business, an opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our busy office in Johannesburg, Fourways. The role is varied and dynamic and will involve working closely with the Director and Head of Transportation in order to manage the office effectively and smoothly.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
· Excellent organisational skills including multi-tasking, prioritisation and time management
· First point of contact for all PTM customers
· Management of the website, blogging and updates
· Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
· Great team working skills and also the ability to take initiative and work autonomously where needed
· A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
· A professional attitude and appreciation of the discretion, confidentiality etc required within a professional environment
· Strong communication skills and customer focus, and the ability to work effectively at all levels
· Previous experience in a similar capacity/industry would be desirable but not essential
· Fluent in English and Afrikaans would be essential
· Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel would be essential

The working hours are from 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday. Starting salary is R2000 a month with review within 8 weeks and again after 6 months.
