Hello everyone, 😊

Hope everyone is well, warm and safe💐

YEAH 😁...We have officially reached Winter days and our colder days are approaching fast 🥶. We have just gotten back into the swing of things after our 2 day storm. In this past few months we did some wonderful activities theme based and some educational play as well. In June month, our theme is going to be Winter and the Weather, thus far our kids have been finding it very interesting to learn about how our seasons and how its changing and how the weather works.(Pictures attached)
We were very lucky to have had our little fury friend - Mr Orie the Rabbit visit us for a week in March. We learnt how to care for him, feed him and make him comfortable so he could rest.

During the Ramadaan time we also did a donation drive where we, with the help of our parents and family were able to collect enough money to buy a 100L pot of food and distribute it to the less fortunate in Pelican Park.

MyCare Educare – Teacher’s Assistant Position

MyCare Educare is currently looking to employ a Teacher’s Assistant to assist within our school environment.

Requirements:
●Some experience working with children aged 1–5 years and/or 5–11 years
●Relevant qualifications will be an added advantage
●Must be young, energetic, and passionate about working with children
●Should have a gentle, patient, and nurturing nature
●Must be able to understand and communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans
●Must be willing and able to manage and run the school independently.
●Must reside in Goodwood or close to the Goodwood area.

Please note that MyCare Educare is a very small daycare, and therefore the salary offered will not be within a high bracket.

This position is ideal for a young individual looking to gain valuable experience or someone seeking employment in a caring and supportive environment.

Each year during Ramadaan, MyCare Educare proudly undertakes a charity initiative to support those in need within our community.

This year, our intention is to prepare and distribute a pot of food to families in need. We believe that Ramadaan is a time of compassion, generosity, and unity, and we would love for our school families to be part of this meaningful initiative.

We kindly ask for your support in helping us raise the funds needed to make this possible. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward providing meals to those who need them most.

Together, we can make a difference and share the true spirit of Ramadaan. 🤲🌸

Our goal is to reach R3000 - This will go directly towards making food to be distributed to those in need. 🤲 Please share as every little helps 🤲
