ients businesses for mutual success. Octo-Logistics was established 1st January 2013 after a Management buy-out. Octo-Logistics is based in Germiston which falls into the five to ten kilometer cartage zone from City Deep Container Terminal – one of South Africa’s “inland ports” ensuring cartage costs are kept low. We boast a ten thousand square meter undercover warehouse of which seven thousand square meters is SOS Bonded, making it ideal for cargo in transit through South Africa, be it imports or exports. With the use of our mobile ramps, we are able to load and offload containers with ease, during any weather conditions. We have a six thousand square meter yard which is available unitised cargo requiring outside storage. We have a fully commissioned hopper on site for re-bagging of 500 kg or 1 ton bulk bags. We also have a very exciting new service which should be operational in the next 6 months, so be sure to watch this space!
