Landing in Cape Town soon?

People may come up to you wearing Uber cards or lanyards and offer you a ride or a metered cab. Say no. Uber and Bolt only give you a driver through the app.

Three rules for booking a ride:

1. Book your ride only in the Uber or Bolt app.
2. Meet your ride at the P1 pickup area.
3. Check the number plate, car and driver name before you get in.
