STUBBORN WOMEN ARE FAILURES!

Stubborn women fail in their marriages, and even in their relationships with relatives. Women who lack emotional intelligence and flexibility in dealing with people around them, are the biggest failures in their marriages and their lives. Why?

1- She enters into an egoistic tug of war with her husband, and prefers the voice of her ego to try to overcome him, and in fact she fails before the ego of her husband and the ego of those who are around her, because men become more stubborn in front of a stubborn wife and stubborn sister, and they become more gentle in front of a submissive woman.

Even the Messenger (peace and blessings be on him) and the Companions after him, recommended and praised a woman who respects her husband and speaks with softness and wisdom, and in turn he will love her and never leave her.

4- The woman who will obey her husband and stoop to let the storm pass; she is the wise, rational woman who thrives, and holds the family together. The woman who stands like an unyielding dry stick is the one who breaks, suffering irreparable damage.

5- The uncompromising woman clings to her opinion. She tries to constantly perpetuate the illusion of her victory: I win and you lose, I am right and you are wrong. Such a woman destroys herself before destroying others. And she lives a life of sorrowful despondency in this world and the hereafter.

6- From my experiences in marital affairs, I found that mulish women end up in divorce. And bitterly fail in their family and social life.

7- The advice of a bedouin Arab woman to her daughter on the day of her marriage, is considered by all the successful women the best advice for a woman. She said:
"Be his slave......and surely he becomes your imminent slave".
"Men are kind, generous and benevolent, but a stubborn, foolish woman turns them into enemies."

Finally I quote a wise Sheikh (may God have mercy on him): I have found that most of the divorce incidents are caused by the anger of a man, and by the foolish responses of a woman.
In other words, the stubbornness of a woman makes a man ten times more stubborn than her.

1) He flew into Nigeria from Germany using Turkish Air.

2) He arrived Nigeria but one of his bag/luggage with his name tag was missing. He made a complaint and he was told to go home that the airport officials will look for it and give him a call

3) He got a call around midnight that his bag had been found and that he should come pick it that night. He decided against going that night. He instead went to NAHCO in the afternoon.

4) On getting to NAHCO he was surrounded by over zealous Nigerian security operatives -DSS, NDLEA etc. The bag he was shown indeed had his name tag but it was not his own. Someone had removed his original tag from his missing bag and tagged it to the bag which had possibly hard drugs.

5) He insisted that it was not his bag and proceeded to show them photos of his luggage which he took before arriving Nigeria.

6) Despite the photos he went through rigorous screening that afternoon before he was let go. Suppose he did not have the photos. He said only God knows what his life would have become.

7) That same afternoon he approached Turkish airlines and caused a scene at there office. He said something about using his connection to make trouble with Turkish airlines and eventually Turkish airlines compensated him heavily.

😎 He advised all travellers to *always take pictures of their luggage* as that's what saved him.

A lot of innocent people from America, UK etc are in jail now who know nothing about hard drugs but were picked up at Nigerian airports for bringing hard drugs into Nigeria.

After renting one room self contain in Lagos.
My client went ahead to fix POP and designed his apartment to his own taste.

At the expiration of his one year House Rent, Baba Landlord served him Notice to Quit.

Baba Landlord say, him wan use the apartment.

I ask my client, did you seek for approval from the Landlord before fixing POP ?

He said No.

Well, at this point every landlord have the reserved right under the law, to end your tenancy for one or two reasons best known to them.
And your Landlord has done nothing wrong here because he even followed the Legal process of evicting a tenant by issuing you a six Month Notice to Quit.

So oga, start preparing to relocate cos your 6 month's is counting already.

And if you decide to remove the POP, you must make sure you fix the roughness back to the state and way you met it . Or else .you have another case to answer

You have no right as a tenant to fix any major changes on the rented apartment without the Approval of the Landlord....it against the Landlord and Tenancy Law and it's an unlawful Act.

You bought a Land and Built a 3 Room and Parlour Self contain on it.

And the total money you spent on this project was a total of 25 Million Naira.

The price of a room and Parlour Self contain in that area is 250k per year.

250 x 3 = 750,000

Now 25M / 750k = 33.3

So it will take you 33 years plus to get back the capital you put into this Project.

Without any profit yet.

Even if the house rent increases, it will still take you 20 years plus to get your capital

As a Business Minded person.
CAN you consider this investment as a Profitable investment?

And don't forget that the house will also experience wear and tear that will demand you to fix it as it gets old before that 33 years and that design will become old.

Building house for rent may not be profitable for you but for cash flow, then your children and their own children are the ones that will enjoy it.

I Am still enjoy my father's house rent up till today. Therefore build for your children.

The one I built, my children will enjoy it when I go back to Baba GOD.

But if we focus on the Business angle and profit..... In my own Opinion

LIFE IS FULL OF SAM LARRY
After the 2015 U17 World Cup in Chile, Kanu took Samuel Chukwueze and Kelechi Nwakali to Arsenal for trial and Arsenal picked Nwakali but dropped Chukwueze. Little did Arsenal know that the abandoned Chukwueze would light up the world this soon. Villarreal have now placed a price tag of over 60 million Euros on him. Poor gunners!

Now, Nwakali is on loan somewhere, playing for their B team, while Chukwueze plays in Serie A in Italy and is currently enjoying AFCON, World Cup qualification and Champions League football and might even win a medal this season.

Alas! The table can still turn tomorrow and Nwakali could still reach the very peak before Chukwueze. I wish both of them a blissful career ahead! Truly, God is the King 👑

The Strange Fear of Transparency by BAT

If you want to hire a driver, and the police say they want to release the records they have of him, and he hires a lawyer to stop the police from releasing the records; will you hire him?

If you want to hire a Doctor and the Medical Council tries to release documents on his previous conduct, and the Doctor hires Lawyers to block the Medical Council from releasing records of his conduct; will you hire the doctor?

If a mechanic is to fix your car, and you request the company he worked in previously for his record of work and conduct, and the mechanic hires lawyers to block the release of his work and conduct from previous employers; will you hire the mechanic?

Bola Tinubu, a man that applied to be president of a country of over 200million is ashamed to have his records presented to people he wants to govern their affairs.
He hired lawyers to block the release of his academic record; he claimed in India that he was a Scholar on the University's Deans list regularly. When the records came out, it showed he entered the University with fake Government College Lagos A/Level results and the Social Security Number of a woman 😚

He never made any Deans list, in fact he never passed the minimum requirement for graduation from the University- Basic English! 😣

He claimed in Chatham House England that; he applied and got a replacement certificate from the University (CSU), but the University Registrar, under Court oath,swore that he never applied nor ever collected any certificate from the University. 😡

He has now hired Lawyers to block the Security Agencys in the United States from releasing over 2500pages of investigations of his conducts in their country.

A person aspiring to be president of Nigeria from the directives of the Nigerian Constitution, is one who should be proud to have records of their conduct released in any country. Tinubu is instead ashamed of his records, afraid enough to hire American lawyers at very high cost.

But in Nigeria he is bold, arrogant and intrepid before the Law , why?

Because, the Judiciary has become a lapdog.
A lapdog that declares a fourth runner up in gubernatorial races as winners!
A lapdog that is shameless enough to declare before a benumbed nation that persons they watched on television contesting in presidential nominations, were winners of Senatorial nominations that were conducted weeks before the Presidential nominations in which they were legally barred from participating.

He has no fear, respect or shame to approach justice in Nigeria because Nigerian Justice is a lapdog, but in America where justice is a topdog and a bulldog...he is afraid, afraid of how American justice tried to tame his natural rendencies of greed, forgery and other criminality.
