Kudumane Manganese Resources recently visited the Eastern Cape Terminals with a delegation comprising Mr. Fernando Voges, Marketing & Logistics General Manager for Sales; Mr. Thabo Masilo, Accounts and Administration Manager; and the newest addition to the team, Mr. Young Kim, Assistant General Manager for Commerce.
The delegation was hosted by PE Terminals Terminal Manager, Mr. Chuma Butshingi, alongside Mr. Monde Dyantyi, Key Accounts Representative; Mr. Chad Jansen, PE Terminals Planning and Logistics Manager; and Mr. Zukile Dambuza, Eastern Cape Regional Planning Manager.
During the visit, Mr. Butshingi took the delegation through a presentation on the Break Bulk Terminal, Bulk Ore Terminal, and Finger Jetty operations. The engagement also provided an opportunity to introduce the new Customer Collaboration Policy, which is aimed at strengthening relationships and enhancing collaboration between the terminal and its customers.
“We value engagements such as these as they create an opportunity to strengthen relationships with our customers and align on operational matters that support efficiency and service delivery,” said Mr. Butshingi.
Mr. Young Kim, who was officially welcomed to the Kudumane Manganese Resources team during the visit, expressed his appreciation for the engagement and the opportunity to meet the PE Terminals team.
“It is a privilege to meet the PE Terminals team and gain insight into the operations. I look forward to building strong working relationships and contributing positively to the partnership between Kudumane Manganese Resources and the terminal,” said Mr. Kim.
