It’s been a while since I’ve posted on my adventure page but the guests that I have the pleasure of guiding are always making bookings during the South African summer season. It’s about time I get this up and running before my next trip into the wild, which will be taking place in two weeks time!! 🐘🌿🦏🌱🇿🇦

Looking back now, I realise I’ve already guided so many wonderful people from Germany, Turkey, Belgium, the United States and soon to be also from the Netherlands!!

Here’s a shout out to all those who have joined me in my passion to understand wildlife and learn about the beautiful country that I get to call home. It’s been a privilege to share this with all of you ☺️

After giving birth to their young, a mother zebra separates herself and her foal from the rest of the group to allow the baby to learn to recognize them by sight, scent and sound.
Each zebra has a unique set of stripes, just as humans have unique fingerprints. And this is how the young are able to identify their mothers in a sea of stripes.
