Don't choose your Cape Town accommodation before checking what's around it. 👀

MOY is just a short walk from De Waterkant — one of those Cape Town neighbourhoods that's easy to fall in love with.

Think colourful houses, little cafés, shops, restaurants and plenty of places to wander when the sun goes down.

And the best part? You're still perfectly placed for exploring the rest of the city.

And the beauty of it is that you can make the space your own.

Pretty room? Great. Good price? Even better. But where is it? 👀

One of the biggest things to check before booking accommodation in Cape Town is location.
Cape Town is spread out — and spending your holiday sitting in traffic isn't exactly the plan. 😅

Staying in Green Point puts you close to some of the city's biggest attractions, including:
📍 V&A Waterfront
📍 DHL Stadium
📍 Green Point Park
📍 Sea Point Promenade
📍 Cape Town city centre

So when you're comparing places to stay, don't just look at the room.
Look at the map. 🗺️
