We're looking for an enthusiastic Social Media and E-Commerce assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for e-commerce, a knack for marketing and social media, and the ability to drive sales, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
🔹 Maintain and update the company website, social media profiles, e-commerce webpage and other digital channels
🔹 Monitor and analyse industry trends and provide management with innovative ideas to increase product and company awareness as well as sales
🔹 Ad hoc administrative support related to the job function (if and when required)
🔹 Assist with the creation and ex*****on of e-mail and social media marketing campaigns
🔹 Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
🔹 Analyse sales data to drive improvements

Non-negotiable candidate requirements and qualifications:
✅ A minimum of years of proven e-commerce and social media experience
✅ Familiar with online marketing and sales strategies
✅ Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Ecwid, WordPress, Mailchimp and Payfast
✅ Excellent computer literacy (MS Suits)
✅ Knowledge of the South African market
✅ Grade 12 qualification
✅ Fluent in Afrikaans and English
✅ Independent and proactive
✅ Non-Smoker

This is a new position and requirements may change and develop as the needs of the business evolve and grow.

🕗 Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM - 16:30 PM
