Gearbox brought in all the way from East London!
Gearbox came in for piece of metal on drain plug and gears scratching. Stripped gearbox and found split pack worn and sungear burnt. Replaced all components and re-assembled gearbox.

Vehicle came in for excessive breathing when exhaust brake is engaged. Inspected and found turbo bypassing exhaust gas into crankcase due to worn shaft seal. Turbo reconditioned.

Truck came in for not moving. Inspected and found no oil in diff due to loose centre portion bolts. Diff replaced.

NTG in the shop! Vehicle came in for overheating after the fan and thermostat has already been replaced. Diagnosed and found radiator clogged and intercooler leaking. Sent for cleaning and repair and the vehicle is back on the road.
