Travel Requirements to Bacolod
Updated as of October 15, 2021
Based on government regulations, guests bound for Bacolod are advised of the following guidelines.
NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, except Bacolod City
All guests bound for cities and municipalities within Negros Occidental (except for Bacolod City) are required to present the following travel requirements upon check-in:
For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI) / Returning Residents, Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF), and Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) from the Private Sector:
Approved Travel Coordination Permit issued by S-PaSS. Note that lead time for processing is three (3) days upon submission of requests and requirements.
Complete registration to StaySafe.ph
Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result (DOH-accredited molecular laboratory) or negative Saliva RT-PCR test result (from Philippine Red Cross only), valid for seventy-two (72) hours from the date of test
Fully vaccinated guests may present a COVID-19 Domestic Vaccination Card issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment / Certificate of Quarantine Completion showing the holder’s vaccination status issued by BOQ in lieu of the RT-PCR test.
An individual is considered fully vaccinated if it has been at least two (2) weeks since the last required dose and if the vaccine administered is included in the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) or Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration or the Emergency Use Listing of the World Health Organization (WHO).
For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) from the government:
Valid ID issued by their respective government agency
Original / Certified True Copy of Travel Authority / Travel Order issued by the Department Secretary or his/her designated official
Pass symptoms checking upon arrival
BACOLOD CITY ONLY
All guests bound for Bacolod City are required to present the following documents upon check-in:
For fully vaccinated guests:

Health Declaration Form
Approved Travel Coordination Permit issued by S-PaSS. Note that lead time for processing is three (3) days upon submission of requests and requirements.
Valid ID
COVID-19 vaccination card or certificate duly issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment/authority whether local or foreign
