Travel Requirements to Bacolod

Based on government regulations, guests bound for Bacolod are advised of the following guidelines.

NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, except Bacolod City

All guests bound for cities and municipalities within Negros Occidental (except for Bacolod City) are required to present the following travel requirements upon check-in:

For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI) / Returning Residents, Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF), and Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) from the Private Sector:

Approved Travel Coordination Permit issued by S-PaSS. Note that lead time for processing is three (3) days upon submission of requests and requirements.
Complete registration to StaySafe.ph
Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result (DOH-accredited molecular laboratory) or negative Saliva RT-PCR test result (from Philippine Red Cross only), valid for seventy-two (72) hours from the date of test
Fully vaccinated guests may present a COVID-19 Domestic Vaccination Card issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment / Certificate of Quarantine Completion showing the holder’s vaccination status issued by BOQ in lieu of the RT-PCR test.

An individual is considered fully vaccinated if it has been at least two (2) weeks since the last required dose and if the vaccine administered is included in the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) or Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration or the Emergency Use Listing of the World Health Organization (WHO).

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) from the government:

Valid ID issued by their respective government agency
Original / Certified True Copy of Travel Authority / Travel Order issued by the Department Secretary or his/her designated official
Pass symptoms checking upon arrival
BACOLOD CITY ONLY

All guests bound for Bacolod City are required to present the following documents upon check-in:

For fully vaccinated guests:

BaCTrac Registration
Health Declaration Form
Approved Travel Coordination Permit issued by S-PaSS. Note that lead time for processing is three (3) days upon submission of requests and requirements.
Valid ID
COVID-19 vaccination card or certificate duly issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment/authority whether local or foreign

Travel Requirements to Boracay (Caticlan)

Open for Tourists

Based on government regulations, guests bound for Boracay are advised of the following travel guidelines.

Caticlan (Boracay) Airport only accepts tourists from areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ). All Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Returning Overseas Filipino (ROF) and Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) should travel via Kalibo, instead of via Caticlan. Please check with your local government units for the latest updates.

Since the National Capital Region (NCR) is currently under GCQ Alert Level 3, tourists from Metro Manila may be accepted for entry to Caticlan, but restrictions imposed in NCR shall be applied accordingly.

For Boracay Tourists, you are required to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result or negative Saliva RT-PCR test result (from Philippine Red Cross or other laboratories accredited by both DOH and FDA) conducted within 72 hours before flight departure. Infants (two (2) years old and below) are exempted from this requirement.
Confirmed hotel booking or reservation from any DOT-accredited accommodation establishments in Boracay
Proof of Identity with Philippine residency
Tourist QR Code. Please fill up the Health Declaration form at least 24 hours before the flight via
https://touristboracay.com
and register as "Tourist".
Processing for the Tourist QR Code takes approximately twelve (12) hours after receipt of documents. Please wait for the confirmation email to get the Tourist QR Code, and keep a printed or digital copy of this. You have to present your Tourist QR code upon boarding the flight and when accessing services in Boracay island.

Upon arrival, guests are required to take Caticlan Airport Authority-accredited transfers to Boracay island. These are requirements we have as of the date indicated. For guests flying from Manila to Bohol, please present the following travel document requirements, to be accepted for flight.

For fully vaccinated travelers:

Vaccination Certificate from https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/Guests who were vaccinated in Bohol may present their Vaccination Cards issued in the Province of Bohol in lieu of the Vaccination Certificate from VaxCertPH, as long as they also present a copy of an acknowledgement notice / screenshot from the VaxCertPH website that indicates that their records cannot be found.Approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS

For partially vaccinated travelers:

For International Arriving Passengers (Returning Overseas Filipinos and Foreign Nationals) who were fully vaccinated while abroad:

International Vaccination Certificate issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or the country/city where the vaccination was done, or by the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ)Approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS
