Kamomabe est l'une des cusines japonaises.
Kamo signifie «canard» au Japon, et nous mangeons des tranches de canard.
Nabe signifie "hot pot", et les Japonais aiment traditionnellement manger des plats chauds en hiver avec une atmosphère confortable.
Nous ajoutons généralement des oignons verts dans le bouillon de Nabe, et il y a un proverbe célèbre selon lequel un canard porte un oignon vert sur son dos au Japon.
