Seahorse Marine & Energy JSC is looking for a Tender Engineer to support tendering and bidding activities, covering both technical and commercial proposals for onshore and offshore projects.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
· Review and analyze tender documents and client requirements.
· Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Contract, Finance, Marine, QHSE) to prepare bids.
· Develop technical proposals, methodologies, schedules, and cost estimates.
· Prepare and submit complete technical & commercial tender documents on time.
· Support post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization.
🎯 Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Geotechnical, Geophysical, or Civil Engineering.
· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in geotechnical or geophysical engineering (onshore/offshore).
· Strong analytical, coordination, and proposal preparation skills.
· Good command of English is an advantage.

Seahorse Marine & Energy JSC is seeking a Contract Specialist to join our Commercial Department, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while ensuring effective risk control, legal compliance, and commercial viability for offshore and energy projects.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
· Review ITBs and prepare contractual exceptions in coordination with internal stakeholders.
· Draft and negotiate Charter Parties and Service Contracts based on LOGIC / BIMCO standards.
· Identify and manage contractual risks (force majeure, liability caps, termination, insurance alignment).
· Handle claims and disputes; liaise with external legal counsel when required.
· Support contract ex*****on and provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law, Maritime Law, International Business, or related fields.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore, geo-survey, or offshore support vessel contracts.
· Strong knowledge of LOGIC / BIMCO contract frameworks.
· Excellent negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination skills.
· Good command of English, written and spoken

Seahorse Marine & Energy JSC is seeking an experienced QHSSE Manager to lead, implement, and continuously improve the Integrated Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (QHSSE) Management System across our offshore, vessel management, and survey operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and maintain Integrated QHSSE Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISM Code).
· Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese regulations and international QHSSE standards.
· Manage audits, certifications, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Promote a strong safety culture and deliver QHSSE training across the organization.
🎯 Requirements:
· Minimum 10–15 years of QHSSE experience, including 5–7 years in a managerial role within offshore/maritime/oil & gas environments.
· Relevant Bachelor’s degree; NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, ISM/DPA certifications are mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of vessel operations and offshore projects.
· Fluent English (written and spoken).

Seahorse is seeking a Marine HSE & Operations Officer to support vessel operations and the company’s HSE system. Key responsibilities include:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to: Vessel Manager
- Supporting vessel operations and maritime safety management.
- Ensuring compliance with ISM, ISPS, and company safety standards.
- Monitoring & implementing HSE programs onboard.
- Preparing documentation, checklists, mobilization plans, and operational requirements.
- Participating in incident & near-miss investigations and proposing corrective actions.
- Coordinating with crew, port authorities, class societies, and stakeholders.
- Preparing & responding to tender documents for vessel supply bids (technical, HSE, vessel capability documents).

🔹 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 🎓 Degree in Maritime Studies, Safety, or related fields.
- 💼 3–5 years experience in HSE or vessel/offshore operations (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good English proficiency for communication and technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel or work offshore when required.
