We raise our own chickens🐓 and carefully tend a vibrant vegetable🥦 garden, ensuring that the produce you enjoy is grown right on-site with care. The rest of our ingredients and snacks are sourced directly from dedicated local 👩‍🌾 farmers who work tirelessly to provide the highest quality products. This means every meal we serve is wholesome, naturally flavorful, and completely free from harmful chemicals or synthetic pesticides. Persimmons at Lang Hao Huc✨
Mornings on the farm hit different ☀️🍃 The air’s cool, the sky’s glowing pink and gold, and everything feels so calm before the day really starts. Out in the orchard, our Vietnamese persimmons 🍊 are shining in the sunlight — bright, juicy, and honestly too pretty not to take a few pics 📸✨
We started picking them early and couldn’t resist trying a few (for science, obviously 😆). They’re super sweet and fresh — straight from the tree, no filters needed. There’s just something special about seeing all that hard work turn into something this good 💚
Life in Thai Nguyen stays sunny, fruity, and full of good vibes 🌞🌿

The sky is a beautiful shade of blue, the birds are cawing in the distance, and there is a lush green hillside illuminated by the sun’s soft rays. The water is cool beneath you. This is Ho Nui Coc.
Ho Nui Coc is Thai Nguyen’s biggest lake and is one of Vietnam’s top 10 biggest artificial lakes and reservoirs. Nui Coc Lake is famous for its scenic beauty and many islands! Legend tells us of the tragic love story of a poor boy named Cốc and a beautiful girl named Công, the daughter of a rich businessman. Despite their deep love, they were forbidden to be together because of their different social status. Heartbroken, Công cried so much that her tears formed a river, while Cốc turned into a mountain to wait for her forever. Today, Núi Cốc Lake and the nearby mountain stand as symbols of eternal love and longing in Vietnamese folklore.
We offer stand-up paddleboard (SUP) rentals at our private dock, around 2km away. There are kayaks and SUPs in storage and can be booked via hotline, or you can inform our staff when you get there. After picking out your desired kayak or SUP, you will be led by our staff to our dock and you can chose to go alone or have a one of our experienced staff members come with you to assist. Remember to go swimming or visit many of the small islands!

It's 2025, and at Lang Hao Huc, you can still stay in houses made entirely of natural materials!!! 🌿🌳🌴🌱🪵

For centuries, in many parts of Asia, people have been using what nature provides to build their homes and everyday structures. 🌿 Rocks, mud, straw, bamboo, and palm leaves aren’t just simple materials—they each have their own purpose. Rocks make strong, sturdy walls, while dried palm leaves are thick and tough, perfect for roofing. Bamboo is flexible yet strong, used for frames and scaffolding, and mud mixed with straw keeps homes cool in the heat and warm when it’s chilly. What’s really beautiful is how everything comes straight from nature—sustainable, affordable, and right at people’s feet. It’s a reminder that nature truly gives us everything we need, from shelter to survival. 🏡✨

As the first light of dawn spread a gentle glow across the fields, you awoke to the calm stillness of the early morning. You pulled on your boots, wrapped a shawl around your shoulders, and stepped into the crisp air outside. The dewy grass soaked softly against your feet as you walked the well-worn path to the chicken coop. The hens greeted you with quiet clucks as you opened the gate, as if they had been waiting. Carefully, you reached beneath the cozy straw nests, collecting the smooth, warm eggs into your basket. The quiet routine brought a sense of calm — a gentle beginning to the day ahead.
This is the reality for our staff as they collect eggs in the morning; these eggs will then be used to cook the meals you eat throughout the day. We have a big chicken coop near the entrance of the Hao Huc forest, where we house our 50+ chickens. All of our chickens are free-range range running around everywhere and around the woods.
We sell fresh eggs from our chickens for you to enjoy. If you enjoy our chicken in our meals, you can order a chicken to be prepared in bags to bring home to eat or gift to your loved ones, you can request to keep the intestines to eat at home, or not if you’re vegan. 🙂 If you are interested, contact our staff to purchase eggs and chicken when you’re there! (Eggs are based on availability and the chickens have to be ordered 12 hours prior to when you want to pick it up)
