Climb nearly 500 stone steps to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain for one of the best panoramic views in Ninh Binh, overlooking Tam Coc, the Ngo D**g River, and the surrounding limestone mountains.
At the foot of the mountain, you can also visit two small caves: Mua Cave and Tiger Cave. The climb to the summit is rewarding but can be challenging, so it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
Note: The 500-step hike may not be suitable for seniors or travelers with high blood pressure, especially on hot days. As an alternative, visitors can enjoy a relaxing cycling tour around the surrounding countryside.
🌸 Lotus season: In summer, lotus flowers bloom at the foot of the mountain, adding vibrant colors to the landscape and making the area even more picturesque.
📸 Best time to visit: Sunrise or sunset for cooler temperatures and stunning views — perfect for photography.

𝐁𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐝𝐚 is one of the oldest pagodas in Ninh Binh, with a history of nearly 600 years. The name “Bich D**g” means “green cave,” reflecting the harmony between nature and architecture, as the pagoda is beautifully built into the mountainside.

It is known as the “Second most beautiful cave in the South” (Nam Thien De Nhi D**g), ranking just after Huong Pagoda in Hanoi in terms of scenic and spiritual value. The pagoda is located at the end of Tam Coc road, about 3 km from the Tam Coc boat pier. You can easily cycle there along small paths passing by rice fields — the feeling is truly peaceful and unforgettable.

Visiting the pagoda is free of charge; you only need to pay around 10,000 VND for parking.
