There are nights when it’s almost midnight, sometimes 1 or 2 AM, and I’m still holding my phone, answering my customers’ messages.

β€œLisa, where will the driver pick us up tomorrow?”
β€œLisa, what if our flight time changes?”
β€œLisa, we have a lot of luggage. Which car would be the most comfortable?”
β€œLisa, has the driver arrived yet?”

Sometimes I’m really tired. My eyes are already asking me to sleep, but I still try to reply to every message.

Not because I don’t get tired, but because I understand what it feels like to visit a completely unfamiliar country for the first time.

They don’t know the roads.
They don’t speak Vietnamese.
They don’t know what their driver looks like.
They don’t know which airport pillar they should wait at.

And sometimes, one message from me at the right time is enough to make them feel much more reassured. πŸ‡»πŸ‡³β€οΈ

There are mornings when I wake up early to check every trip, every driver and every pickup time.

There are nights when I have to wake up because a customer’s flight has changed. Sometimes a driver has a problem, and I have to immediately find a solution.
