Hi Gents,

Due to project required, we are looking for 01 senior Naval Architect and Marine & Offshore Structures Engineers that are going to work in Vung Tau, Vietnam.

JD as bellow:

Technical Skills knowledge and experience:
 Substantial post graduate experience in the shipping and shipbuilding industry, ideally, including experience in the cruise industry and offshore field
 Thorough and detailed knowledge of ship structures, structural arrangements and
design, FEM analysis, Classification rules and plan approval
 Specific knowledge and experience of structures of passenger or similar ship types
 Knowledge and experience of other areas of Naval Architecture
 Knowledge and experience of ship painting and coatings would be beneficial, but not
essential
 Knowledge of ship technical outfitting including glass engineering would be beneficial,
but not essential
 Demonstrable experience of holding accountability in Naval Architecture
 Experience of independently negotiating with external parties, including ship builders,
suppliers and Classification Societies
Essential general skills:
 Ability to assimilate, critically examine and analyze technical information, making
informed judgements and recommendations
 Ability to write cogent and precise technical reports and letters with little management
input
 Willingness to work and communicate with senior managers across the organization
 Possess a holistic, project based approach to work
 Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
 Ability to use initiative and work unsupervised
 Ability to influence others, particularly in technical discussions
 Good negotiation skills
 Assertive, self confident approach to work.

Salary Range: 35-45 mils/ months depend on your ability.

Hi Mates,
We are looking for a Naval Architecture Designer candidate that will work in Vung Tau, Vietnam.
JD as bellow:
Naval architects can work with a range of vessels including ships, ferries, submarines and yachts.
Naval architects typically do the following:

- Study design proposals and specifications to establish basic characteristics of a ship, such as its size, weight, and speed
- Develop sectional and waterline curves of the ship’s hull to establish the center of gravity, the ideal hull form, and data on buoyancy and stability
- Design entire ship hulls and superstructures, following safety and regulatory standards
- Design the complete layout of ships’ interiors, including spaces for machinery and auxiliary equipment, passenger compartments, cargo space, ladder wells, and elevators
- Confer with marine engineers to design the layout of boiler room equipment, heating and ventilation systems, refrigeration equipment, electrical distribution systems, safety systems, steering systems, and propulsion machinery
- Lead teams from a variety of specialties to oversee building and testing prototypes
- Evaluate how ships perform during trials, both in the dock and at sea, and change designs as needed to make sure that national and international standards are met.
