Kính gửi: Tập thể Cán bộ Nhân viên và Thuyền viên HADUCO!
Xuân mới mở ra một chu kỳ phát triển mới – Nơi khát vọng, niềm tin và ý chí cùng hội tụ. Nhân dịp Xuân Bính Ngọ 2026, thay mặt Ban Lãnh đạo Công ty CP Hàng hải Dầu khí Hải Dương (HADUCO), Tôi trân trọng gửi tới toàn thể Cán bộ, Nhân viên và Thuyền viên cùng Gia đình lời Chúc mừng năm mới chân thành và sâu sắc nhất.
Tôi bày tỏ sự tri ân và trân trọng đối với những nỗ lực bền bỉ, tinh thần trách nhiệm cùng sự đồng lòng của tập thể HADUCO trong suốt hành trình 2025 đã qua. Mỗi vị trí công tác của Cán bộ, Nhân viên văn phòng; mỗi chuyến đi an toàn với bao nỗ lực thầm lặng nơi đầu sóng ngọn gió của Thuyền viên đều là minh chứng sinh động cho bản lĩnh nghề nghiệp, tinh thần cống hiến và lòng tận tâm của tập thể HADUCO. Những giá trị ấy chính là nền tảng quan trọng tạo dựng uy tín, vị thế và vun đắp cho sự phát triển của Công ty hôm nay và mai sau.
Với tinh thần đoàn kết, khát vọng vươn xa và bản lĩnh của những người gắn bó với biển, Tôi tin tưởng rằng tập thể HADUCO sẽ cùng nhau tạo nên một năm Bính Ngọ 2026 – Vạn Sự Sinh Khởi, Mã Đáo Thành Công, đưa những con tàu HADUCO tiếp tục tiến xa, tỏa sáng và khẳng định dấu ấn trên hành trình biển khơi.
Bước sang năm mới, kính chúc toàn thể Người Lao động và Gia đình sức khỏe vững bền, tâm thế vững vàng, hải trình thuận gió, công việc hanh thông, cuộc sống đủ đầy và an yên.

A new spring ushers in a new cycle of growth – where aspirations, faith, and determination converge. On the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026, on behalf of the Board of General Directors of Hai Duong Petroleum and Marine Corporation (HADUCO), I would like to extend to all our employees, staff members, and seafarers, together with your families, my most sincere and heartfelt wishes for a prosperous and successful New Year.
I wish to convey my heartfelt gratitude and profound respect for the resilience, responsibility, and solidarity shown by the HADUCO family throughout 2025. From the steadfast dedication of our office personnel in every position they hold, to the safe voyages achieved through the silent yet unwavering efforts of our seafarers facing the winds and waves at sea, each contribution reflects the professionalism, commitment, and devotion that characterize HADUCO. It is these very values that have shaped our credibility and standing, and that continue to lay the foundation for the Company’s growth and success, both now and in the years to come.
