Multi-day hikes are an ideal way to escape the bustling city life and work routines and get in touch with nature again. On longer expeditions, your pack can easily make or break the trip. Here's Some Tips for Packing:

-Always ask yourself: Is this item “NECESSARY”? Can I replace it with something else?
-Packing more lightweight clothing is better than packing bulky items.
-Items that are unnecessary for trekking but might seem useful can be rented in that country (e.g., gear for the trek).
-If you’re hiring a porter, let them carry non-essential items like clothes. You only need to carry items for your day pack (including medicine, snacks, toiletries, and plenty of water).
-The gear you prepare for the trek should ideally weigh around 7-10kg (including a camera). I recommend leaving unnecessary items at the hotel. Bring minimal clothing, as you can reuse them by flipping inside out or wearing multiple times.
