BREAKING NEWS IN LOBSTER EXPORTS!

Incredible news from the seafood industry! Vietnam's lobster exports have surged more than 18 times in the first two months of the year, as reported by the Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP).

Vietnam predominantly exports two main types of lobsters: blue lobster and spiny lobster. According to VASEP data, by the end of February, the export turnover for both varieties has skyrocketed. Blue lobster exports totaled 27.6 million USD, while flower lobster exports nearly hit 2.2 million USD. These figures mark an astounding increase of 80 and 45 times, respectively, compared to the same period last year.

Overall, lobster exports in the first two months of the year reached nearly 30 million USD, a staggering 18 times higher than the corresponding period in 2023.

China remains the largest consumer market for Vietnamese seafood, accounting for nearly 29 million USD in lobster imports, a whopping 27 times higher than the same period in 2023. Additionally, other markets such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore also show a growing preference for blue lobster from Vietnam.

VIETNAMESE SHRIMP EXPORTS SOAR BY 275% TO CHINA!

Information from the Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP) reveals an impressive start to the year, with Vietnam's shrimp exports reaching a staggering $242 million USD, showcasing a significant 71% increase compared to the same period in 2023.
