After listening to their guests over many years, the Management Team of Paloma Cruise Halong Bay recognized there was a need for a professionally operated Xe Om (motorbike taxi) service in Hanoi. It was observed that visitors to Hanoi wanted to explore the city in “open air amongst the traffic” rather than by bus or taxi. Traditional “owner operated” Xe Om (motorbike taxi) services can be found on almost every street corner but negotiating and directing them can be difficult due to cultural and language differences. Most visitors to Hanoi simply walk the streets of the Old Quarter without seeing our understanding the greater city and all Hanoi has to offer.
