This year-end celebration wasn’t just about closing 2025. It was about celebrating the people behind Su Quan Roastery, Rose Kitchen, Moc Thon – Wood Tales, and Quiet Asia.

We gathered to reflect on the year and prepare ourselves for a new tourism season with great food, lucky draws, and joyful performances from our Operations and Cultural Storyteller teams across all brands. The room was full of laughter, familiar faces, and the feeling that we’re building something meaningful together.

One of the most special moments was our appreciation awards, based on handwritten notes our teammates gave one another throughout the year. Messages of gratitude flowed between Rose Kitchen, Su Quan Roastery, Moc Thon – Wood Tales, and Quiet Asia. We also recognized outstanding contributions, and our COO closed the day with sincere words of thanks to every member of our growing family.

It was warm. It was joyful. And it reminded us that behind every cup we serve, there is a whole team pouring their heart into the work.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform tasks relating to the common goals of the company.
- In charge of responding to customer’s enquiry for Rose Kitchen - Cooking Class and Coffee Class – Su Quan.
- In charge of organizing cooking class, coffee class and assigning jobs to staff.
- In charge of contacting customers for logistics arrangement.
- Excellent communication and customer sense.
- Solve all problems that happened before, during and after the class.
- Sending recipes, asking for reviews and responding to customers reviews.
- Perform other duties as required by Operation Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and oral).
- Customer oriented mindset.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 01 – 03 years working experience.
- Have experienced in Operation, Customer Care, Hospitality, Tourism is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Able to start working as soon as possible.
- Ability to withstand pressure

BENEFITS
- Base salary: 12,000,000 VND – 15,000,000 VND
- Salary review once per year (depend on Company business and staff working performance).
- Health insurance and other benefit will be offer according to Vietnam Labor Law.
- Company vacations and motivation activities (tea breaks, intimate parties, etc.)
- Paid 12 days off per year according to Vietnam Labor Law and a free day off with fully-paid salary on your birthday

In Vietnam, iced coffee is often brewed using a phin, a small metal filter placed directly on the cup 🇻🇳.
Instead of rushing the process, hot water is poured over the coffee and allowed to drip slowly, one drop at a time, merging gently with ice.
