Vào ngày 19/07, Hanoi Exploring đã cùng những người bạn quốc tế khám phá vẻ đẹp của nghề thủ công truyền thống qua workshop The Bamboo Soul. Từ những nan tre mộc mạc đến chiếc quạt hoàn thiện, mỗi công đoạn không chỉ mang đến trải nghiệm sáng tạo mà còn mở ra những câu chuyện về văn hóa, sự khéo léo và những giá trị đã gắn bó với đời sống người Việt qua nhiều thế hệ.

How many stories can a simple bamboo hand fan tell about Vietnam?

On July 19, Hanoi Exploring welcomed our international friends to The Bamboo Soul Workshop, where participants crafted their own traditional Vietnamese bamboo hand fans while discovering the cultural stories behind this timeless handicraft. From weaving bamboo strips to completing a handmade fan, every step offered a meaningful opportunity to experience Vietnam's craftsmanship and cultural heritage.

💚 Thank you to all our volunteers for your enthusiasm, patience, and wholehearted support. Your kindness and dedication created a welcoming space for cultural exchange and helped bring Vietnamese traditions closer to our international friends.

[RECAP: WATCHING MOVIE TOGETHER WORKSHOP] 👻🎬

🍿 Một bộ phim kinh dị Việt, vài ly bia và thật nhiều câu chuyện. Từ bầu không khí hồi hộp trong suốt buổi chiếu đến những cuộc trò chuyện sau khi phim khép lại, chúng mình đã có một buổi tối thật nhiều cảm xúc với Watching movie together Workshop vừa rồi!

Không chỉ cùng thưởng thức một bộ phim kinh dị Việt Nam, mọi người còn có cơ hội khám phá những câu chuyện dân gian, tín ngưỡng và lắng nghe những góc nhìn khác nhau về văn hoá Việt từ cả người Việt lẫn bạn bè quốc tế.

🍿 A Vietnamese horror film, a few glasses of beer, and plenty of great conversations. From the suspense that kept everyone on the edge of their seats to the lively discussions afterward, our Watching movie together Workshop turned into an evening full of excitement, curiosity, and cultural exchange.

More than just watching a horror movie, participants explored Vietnamese folklore, spiritual beliefs, and the cultural meanings woven into the film. It was wonderful to hear different perspectives on Vietnamese culture from both local participants and friends from around the world.
