2. Building proactive strategies for developing business outbound tour and inbound tours, Develop retail and groups clients
3. Setting up and organizing business models during each period. Realing budget proposal. Responsible for the business result
4. Supporting and supervising employees to complte targets.
5. Managing sales and executive activities, ensure sales consultancy activities and organize tours smoothly. Solving problems when needed. Keep quality control each products. improve rating on Tripadvisor...
6. Building and maintaining relationships with major partners and travel service providers.
7. Coordinating with marketing department to build products, develop brands, sales channels, customer care, promotion programs of the company.
8. Working with guest departments: Airfares, Hotels, Visa, Accounting & Human Resources to ensure the most effective business of tour business.
9. Co-working to Digital MKT department building, running and optimize campaign and finance.
