The following measures are Effective immediately.
Due to an increasing number of delayed payments, Painless Marine will begin enforcing a 5% weekly late fee. To ensure seamless transactions and efficient project delivery, we are implementing the following updated payment policies:
- All jobs require a credit card on file and signature before work commences.
- Estimates and invoices will be sent electronically with e-signature requests to the contact information we have on file.
- Boats in our facility will only be released upon completion of service and receipt of full payment or a card on file.
- If payment is not made upon completion you will be subject to a storage fee of $75 per day after 1 day off completion.
- All outside jobs require a credit card on file before work begins.
- Customers will have a 3 day grace period if they request payment via check or cash to avoid credit card convenience, fees. If no payment is made your card will be charged the full amount.
Please note that late payment fees (5% weekly) will be applied to overdue accounts.
