As a private company operating in this current economic climate, with rising fuel prices, a little to non existent tourism product reaching our shores and no Government subsidies to offset operation costs, the Anegada Express is unfortunately unable to sustain the burden of operating its ferry services to Anegada.

We are therefore forced to suspend operations until the economy of our country is more conducive to business.

Despite our best efforts to keep this service going, we can not sustain it alone. To this end we sincerely regret this course of action, and hope to resume service to the community of Anegada and its visitors again in the near future.

Should circumstances change and provide for the opportunity to restart operations sooner, we will notify the community immediately.

We thank you for your understanding and support.

Anegada Express would like to sincerely apologizes for it's pre-mature announcement about suspension of services with both Government members the Honourable Vincent Wheatley and the Honourable Premier Andrew Fahie having already had plans in place to take care of the people of Anegada while the company mistakenly did not following up on available information before actions were announced. Full services will resume this Saturday the 9th of January with further details coming on improved, and more cost effective cargo movement operations for paying passengers.

We offer our sincere apologies for the company's premature announcement and any aggravations caused.

Anegada Express would like to inform our customers, that regrettably, due to the severe economic constraints brought about by the COVID pandemic and the economic uncertainties facing us all, our ferry service has been put in a position where the company has been forced to cease operation effective immediately until economic conditions allow for services to resume. We sincerely apologize for any and all inconveniences caused as we tried our best to serve the public interest even to the company's detriment. This decision has been a very difficult and made with a heavy heart in solidarity with the residents Anegada.

Seasons greetings from our Anegada Express family to yours, and a prosperous New Year.

In the spirit of the season, Anegada Express will be doing a special non stop round trip service from Anegada on Tuesday, Dec 29th leaving Anegada at 7am and returning to Anegada via Trellis Bay at 4pm. In addition to the ferry trip special discounts will be offered for taxi service from Trellis Bay to Road Town for $10 one way, as well as, cargo pick up and delivery service at a discounted price and also Car Rentals (must book in advance for rentals) We have created this special service to cater to our Anegada community so we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to do your old years/new years shopping.
