🎨🚌 Calling All Young Artists! 🚌🎨

In celebration of Rural Transit Day (July 16), students across the U.S. are invited to show off their creativity in the “What I Like About Rural Transit” Art Contest!

🖌️ Who can enter?
All K–12 students

🎨 What to create?
Original drawings or paintings (no digital art) showing what YOU love about rural public transportation — buses, drivers, riders, scenery, and more!

🏆 Prizes:
3 winners will receive $25 for themselves AND $25 for their school!

📅 Deadline to enter: June 20, 2026

📸 How to submit:
Email artwork photos (JPEG format) or mail entries (see flyer for details). Each submission must include a signed release form.

✨ Selected artwork will be featured online, on social media, and even at conferences!

Let’s celebrate the importance of rural transit through creativity—encourage the young artists in your life to participate!

This Memorial Day, We Remember

Today, all of us at SEAT (South East Area Transit) pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage and dedication have given us the freedom to live, work, and travel in the communities we serve every day.

As our buses continue to move people forward, we carry with us a deep gratitude for those who gave everything so we could keep going.
