Training Day!

09/24/2026

🧡 Safety First. Compassion Always.

As we gear up for another busy snowbird season, Amity Medical Transport is preparing to welcome our winter visitors and continue serving our Yuma community with the care and reliability they deserve.

While some things may change as our business continues to grow and adapt, one thing will always remain the same: our commitment to safety, compassion, and dependable transportation.

Our team recently came together for a Safety Training Day, focusing on patient transfers, stretcher operations, vehicle safety, and hands-on training to ensure we are prepared to serve every patient with confidence, dignity, and care.

We are incredibly grateful for our dedicated team and their willingness to continue learning, improving, and putting our patients first.

At Amity Medical Transport, we don't just provide a ride. We provide peace of mind to our patients, their families, and the healthcare partners who trust us.
🚐 New season. Same commitment. Safety First. Compassion Always.

To God be the glory! 🙏🧡

Yesterday was one of those days that reminded me of my why.

Not only did I have the blessing of working alongside my husband as we continue to grow the business God has entrusted to us, but I also had the privilege of meeting with some of our incredible community partners to discuss how we can continue improving transportation services for the patients we collectively serve.

It is truly an honor to work hand in hand with Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital to help ensure their patients arrive safely, on time, and are treated with the compassion, dignity, and respect they deserve. For many of these patients, this is an unfamiliar season of life. They are recovering from illness or injury, often away from the comfort of home, and facing uncertainty about what lies ahead. A kind smile, a reassuring conversation, and dependable transportation can make a bigger difference than we sometimes realize.

One of the greatest blessings has been seeing how collaboration within our community creates a continuum of care. Some of the patients we transport later become part of our Amity Home Care family, allowing us to continue walking alongside them during their recovery journey. Moments like these remind me that this work is about so much more than transportation—it’s about caring for people.

I truly believe God places the right people and organizations together for a purpose. When we set aside competition and choose collaboration, our entire community benefits. Together, we can continue raising the standard of care for Yuma and ensure every person we serve feels valued, cared for, and never alone.

To God be all the glory. ❤️
