Job Summary:
The Dispatcher will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of customer service and dispatch related documents, messages, and or requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role, preferably in transportation dispatch or logistics industry.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and passengers using appropriate methods to determine their needs and make appropriate suggestions.
- Communicate with drivers and passengers using appropriate methods to resolve issues or complaints.
- Communicate with management team regarding passenger and vehicle issues or concerns.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
- Manage all internal systems required to smoothly run operations.
- Maintain accurate records by filing documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Manage all systems for transporting vehicles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Transportation Dispatch experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Bilingual preferred

Job Description:
The Dispatch assistant is responsible for the direct support of the customer and the dispatcher. The ideal candidate will be able to assume full responsibility for the delivery of excellent service to our customers. The successful candidate will be a great team player committed to excellence. They will be responsible for working alongside and assisting the dispatcher in smoothly running operations.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for direct support of customers’ needs.
- Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and dispatching of our vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the office.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner.

Requirements:
- Completion of high school or GED.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Preferably previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

SD Truck World Inc is looking for a Safety Manager to join our team!

Job Summary:
The primary role of the Safety Manager is to oversee the safety program at the company. This includes oversight of the safety committee, safety training, safety audits, and other safety initiatives. The Safety Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing a safety plan for the company. The Safety Manager will report directly to the Executive Director.

Qualifications:
- Experience in safety management, risk management, or related field
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in implementing and evaluating systems and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
- Establish and promote maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions and recommends measures to reduce or eliminate industrial accident and health hazards in compliance with OSHA and CAL-OSHA regulations
- Billingual perferred
