Happy National Donut Day! For me, donuts are a sweet taste of summer. Every Friday during the summer months, I head over to the market to pick up a fresh batch. It has become one of our favorite family traditions: I bring the donuts to my nephews and niece, and we devour them together during our lunch break at the pool. There’s honestly nothing quite like a sugary treat between splashes! ☀️😋

Happy Last Day of School to my fellow educators! 🍎🎉

The final bell has officially rung, and while I love my students and the absolute joy of building relationships every day, this teacher is ready to transition from grading papers to some well-deserved relaxation! ✈️🏝️

Many of you know that I juggle being a full-time teacher and a passionate travel advisor. People often ask, “How do you successfully do both?” The truth is, the superpowers needed to run a classroom are the exact same ones needed to plan the perfect vacation:
• Master-level organization and logistics (If I can coordinate 30 kids, I can coordinate a seamless multi-flight itinerary!)
• Expert problem-solving (Pivoting when plans change is second nature.)
• Deep empathy and listening skills (I know how to listen to what you really want from your hard-earned time off.)
• A genuine passion for taking care of others

This summer, I plan to relax, spend time with my nephews and niece, and put my energy into my favorite side business: helping others recharge and create unforgettable memories. Whether you're dreaming of a beach getaway, a family adventure, or a bucket-list trip, I’ve got you covered.

💜 World Infertility Awareness Month 💜

Today, I'm stepping away from our usual travel conversations to recognize something that touches the lives of so many people—including my own.

This month, we honor those navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, secondary infertility, IVF, IUI, and the uncertainty that can come with unanswered questions. These journeys are often invisible, and many people carry them quietly.

I know there are members of this community who can relate, whether personally or through someone they love. Today, I want to acknowledge and honor those experiences.

To anyone who is hoping, grieving, waiting, healing, or finding strength to keep moving forward—you are seen, your story matters, and you are not alone.

💜 Every journey is valid. Every story deserves understanding, support, and compassion.

There is nothing quite like the sound of the crashing waves, the feeling of warm sand between your toes, and a gentle ocean breeze to completely hit the reset button. Whether you're a book-reader under the umbrella, an active wave-jumper, or just there for the sunset, the coast always finds a way to clear the mind.
